Position Title: Project Planner(NECT)
Role Summary
The Project Planner is accountable for the coordination and administration of project planning activities within the NECT framework, with a primary focus on factory audits and battery certification support. This role requires close collaboration with the Office Manager to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the planning schedule for factory audits at battery manufacturers and suppliers for NECT projects, in conjunction with the Office Manager.
- Liaise with the Office Manager (NECT) to facilitate battery certification activities as required.
- Prepare and manage administrative project documentation, including but not limited to APP (Application), APR (Application Review), PP (Project Plan), and other relevant records for battery certification projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (working proficiency).
- Demonstrated project management experience, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
Position Title: Certification Engineer(NECT)
Role Summary
The Certification Engineer is responsible for the technical execution and review of product certification projects, ensuring full compliance with CNEX‑Global and/or NECT procedures. This role demands a solid engineering background and hands-on experience in product certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and evaluate product certification projects in accordance with the relevant procedures of CNEX‑Global and/or NECT.
- Review product certification projects to verify conformity with CNEX‑Global procedural requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product certification; or
- A Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in product certification.
- Thorough knowledge of certification processes, standards, and evaluation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, objective technical reports.
Desirable Assets (not required)
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is considered a strong plus, facilitating coordination with Chiness colleagues, partners and/or clients, but is not mandatory for this position.
